With the aim of ensuring transparency and peace of mind for customers when using services atSaigon Star Travel . Along with that, to make it easier for customers to register to use the service. The company would like to send customers the Service Booking Process and payment information at Saigon Star – Eliminate all worries and comfortably use the service.

STEPS TO ORDER SERVICES

Service contract

Step 1:

Saigon Star Travel will send you a soft file in FDF/Word format of 01 service contract (Applicable for group guests) or tour registration form (Applicable for individual guests).

The dossier includes:

Contract/Registration form + Appendix/Detailed program. Must have company stamp to be valid, ensuring the right benefits for customers.

Signing a service contract

Step 2:

Please check the information on the contract/Registration form. Saigon Star Travel will electronically sign and send it back to you. Electronically signed documents are as valid as hand-signed and red-stamped documents. You can print them out, sign them, stamp them, and keep one copy, and send one copy back to Saigon Star by post, or you can electronically sign them and send them back via email to our company.

Service contract payment

Step 3:

Please pay according to the process stated on the contract/registration form.

Confirm service contract

Step 4

After transferring money: Please notify the sales staff to receive confirmation of the Notice of Acceptance. You will receive confirmation via Mail/Zalo/Phone.

PAYMENT RULES

For customers booking individual Tours / Services:

  • 50% deposit: Tour registration date
  • You pay the remaining 50% (7 working days before departure)
  • If the tour registration date is 07 working days before departure date: Please pay 100% of the service value.

For group tour guests:

  • 50% deposit: Contract signing date
  • 30% payment: 10 working days before departure date
  • Payment of remaining 20%: After contract liquidation
  • If the contract signing date is 10 working days before departure date: Please pay 80% of the contract value.

For other services:

Services such as: hotel, airline tickets, transportation, visa, passport,…

  • 100% payment upon signing the contract

Contract liquidation:

For group tours: after the end of the tour program 03 working days. Saigon Star Travel will send you 02 copies of the Contract Liquidation with the actual value if any arising during the tour. You will sign and stamp the confirmation and send back to Saigon Star Travel 01 copy of the complete documents. When you complete the payment procedure for the remaining amount in the liquidation minutes, the Contract will automatically terminate.

Payment method:

Cash: 

  • If you pay in cash, we will collect the money at your location (depending on the area, there will be a fee or no fee) or you can come to Saigon Star Travel’s office to pay and receive a confirmation slip!

EFFECTIVENESS

In addition to the account numbers announced above, the company does not use any other account numbers for customer transactions. Customers should note that when making payments, Saigon Star Travel Company is not responsible when Customers or Employees transact with other account numbers as announced (In case an employee receives money from a customer with a different account number, that employee has violated the internal rules and regulations of the Enterprise. The employee is solely responsible for the risks of the Customer and when the Company discovers, the Law will be prosecuted against that Employee according to the regulations of the Enterprise and the State.

Effective from 28/12/2023 until further notice.

Payment content: FULL NAME + BANK TRANSFER / OR FULL NAME + DVDL PAYMENT

Example: NGUYEN VAN A – THANH TOAN DVDL

If you use the service or have any feedback, please call Hotline 0907.422.717 . If there is a case of Service Postponement/Cancellation, please follow the Procedure stated in our detailed appendix/program. The contract will be liquidated when the refund process is completed!

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE TRADING ACCOUNTS, SAIGON STAR NO LONGER TRADES ANY OTHER ACCOUNTS.

TO ENSURE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT THE COMPANY WHEN TRANSACTIONING WITH AN ACCOUNT NOT IN THE SAIGON STAR TRAVEL SYSTEM.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel the tour, you will pay the following cancellation fees:

  • If you cancel your ticket after purchase: 30% of tour price.
  • If you cancel 20 days before departure date: 50% of tour price.
  • If you cancel 15 days before departure date: 70% of tour price.
  • If you cancel within 10 days of departure date: 100% of tour price.
  • In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, floods, etc., your deposit will be reserved by Saigon Star Travel Company for the next trip.
