Tour cancellation conditions: (for weekdays)
- If you cancel or change to other tours 20 days before departure date: No charge.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 15-19 days before departure date: Tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of tour deposit.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 12-14 days before departure date: Tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of tour deposit.
- If you cancel your tour right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued your visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel your tour 8-11 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel your tour within 05-07 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel your tour within 02-04 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel your tour within 1 day before departure date: Cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

If you cancel or change to another tour 30 days before departure date: No charge.

Note when changing/canceling tour:
After paying, if you want to change/cancel the tour, please bring the Travel Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the change/cancellation procedure and pay the cost according to SAIGON STAR TRAVEL’s regulations. We will not resolve cases of contacting to change/cancel the tour by phone.
For tours that are still within the cancellation period but have already applied for a visa, please pay the visa fee.
Note:
When registering for a tour, please read carefully the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions in the program, tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case you do not register for the tour directly but someone else registers for you, please find out more about the program from the person who registered for you.
Depending on the actual situation, the order of attractions in the program may change but still ensure all attractions as at the beginning.
Saigon Star Travel will not be responsible for ensuring the attractions in the following cases:
- Natural disasters occur: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes…
- Security incidents: terrorism, protests
- Aviation incidents: technical problems, security, flight changes, cancellations, delays.
If the above cases occur, Saigon Star Travel will consider refunding the cost of not visiting the tour to the customer under possible conditions (after deducting the services performed such as visa fees… and will not be responsible for compensating any other costs).
