– Refund immediately after receiving the goods if the travel service provided by www.saigonstartravel.com does not match the product code, travel service quality, or description with the customer’s order.
– Payment method for purchased services: To be negotiated on a case-by-case basis
– Refund period: Depends on each case and agreed by both parties.

– How to get money back: Cash or transfer to the account provided by the customer
– Cost of refund: agreed upon by both parties and calculated at a reasonable cost appropriate to the level of damage (if any) of the parties.
