1. Rights and responsibilities of Saigon Star Travel:

Responsible for fully and accurately advising customers on the Company’s tour booking policies as well as tour information. Including: how to use, tour prices, tour services… and other customer requests;

– Have the right to request customers to provide full information about: needs, conditions of use, transportation conditions; warranty conditions; returns, and customer care later;

– There is a policy for service exchange and customer care after customers purchase and use travel services at Saigon Star Travel;

– The company is responsible for securing and safely storing customer information;

– Committed to providing the correct travel services that customers have chosen, in accordance with the standards as committed in the agreement/contract signed with the customer. Any changes, if any, will be promptly notified to customers immediately after detecting any problems or before the departure date.

Customer rights and responsibilities:

– Provide full information about needs, conditions of use, transportation conditions; return conditions; after-sales customer care… and other conditions (if any) along with necessary requirements for Saigon Star Travel to advise correctly and accurately with the most suitable services for customers;

– Customers have the right to request Saigon Star Travel to provide full documents and papers related to service quality so that customers can grasp detailed tour information, thereby choosing a tour that suits their needs and financial capabilities;

– Carry out all matters agreed upon by both parties, in the spirit of cooperation and voluntariness;

– Customers provide complete information such as: Name, Address, Phone number and other contact information when needed;

– Customers are responsible for paying the full cost to Saigon Star Travel according to the agreement between the two parties in the purchase/sale of tour services.

Implementation process:

– Step 1: Customers visit the website: www.saigonstartravel.com to refer to travel services or contact directly via hotline 0907422717 to receive advice and order services from Saigon Star Travel.

– Step 2: Saigon Star Travel will advise and choose the exact type of service that the customer requires.

– Step 3: Customers pay according to the agreement and listed price.

– Step 4: Conduct on-site travel service consultation if requested by the customer. Saigon Star Travel encourages customers to come directly to the Company’s transaction office to receive the most accurate advice on suitable travel services.

– Step 5: Complete the purchase of Saigon Star Travel’s tourism services.

– Step 6: Saigon Star Travel is responsible for exchanging, returning travel services, warranty and customer care according to the committed policies.

Note: Customers who want to book travel services at Saigon Star Travel need to carefully read the PROGRAM, PRICE LIST, REGULATIONS, CONTACT INFORMATION published on the Company’s website.

To accurately update service information before placing an order, customers need to:

– When clicking on the BOOK TOUR mechanism, INFORMATION will appear with commands such as: Order number, Name, Price, Quantity, Total Price, Delete… Customers who agree can immediately click PAY for their request.

– Customers agree to order, click PAY – An information box clearly states customer information such as: Full name; phone number; address; email; information content. Customers agree to buy, click Continue (next) and the order will be sent successfully. Customers who do not want to buy do NOT NEED to click this button.
